Terms of Service

Welcome to getJudgd. These Terms are an agreement between you and Bosman Tech (“getJudgd”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use getJudgd.

Who can use getJudgd

You must be at least 13 years old to use getJudgd (or 16in the European Union and other regions where 16 is the minimum digital-consent age). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use getJudgd with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. One account per person. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Some features are restricted to users 18 and over — in particular, posting in or browsing the people/looks and dating-style categories. To use them you must complete a one-time age verification: a selfie plus a photo of a government ID, used only to confirm you are 18+ and that the selfie matches the ID. Those images are deleted immediately after the check — we keep only the result (see our Privacy Policy).

The deal: kind but honest

getJudgd exists for real, constructive feedback — not cruelty. By using it you agree to give and receive honest ratings in good faith, and to treat other people with basic respect.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and content you post.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within getJudgd for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or already shared with others.
• You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you post, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

What you may not do

• Post photos of other people without their consent, or pretend to be someone else.
• Upload sexual content involving minors — ever. We report it to the authorities.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or target anyone with hate.
• Post illegal content, spam, scams, or malware.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users’ data.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Subscriptions & purchases

getJudgd may offer paid subscriptions and features. These are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel renewals in your App Store or Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Content moderation & enforcement

Every photo you submit is automatically screened before it is posted for sexual or explicit content, graphic violence, and images that appear to involve a minor. Content that breaks our rules is blocked and not published. You can also report content or users in the app, and we may remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep getJudgd safe.

Attempting to post content that violates these rules counts as a violation. Repeated violations lead to warnings and then to your account being restricted from posting or terminated. We are not liable for content posted by users, but we act on what is screened or flagged. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities.

The app is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep getJudgd running well, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using getJudgd and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the community.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms as the app changes; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
