Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open getJudgd → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and uploaded photos. If you can’t access the app, email support@getjudgd.comfrom your account email and we’ll delete it for you.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them in App Store → your name → Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions(Android). Refunds are handled under Apple’s and Google’s policies.
How do I report someone or something?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any post or profile and choose Report. We review reports and remove anything that breaks our rules. For anything urgent or involving someone’s safety, email us directly.
Why was my photo rejected?
Every photo is automatically screened before it posts. We block anything sexual or explicit, graphic violence, and images that appear to involve a minor. If a photo is rejected, choose a different one. If you think it was a mistake, email us and we’ll take a look.
Why is my account restricted?
Repeatedly trying to post content that breaks our rules leads to warnings and then a posting restriction. You can see your standing in Settings → Account standing. If you believe this is a mistake, email support@getjudgd.comand we’ll review it.
How does 18+ verification work?
To use adult-only categories you take a selfie and a photo of a government ID. They’re used onlyto confirm you’re 18+ and that the selfie matches the ID, and are deleted immediately after the check — we never store your ID or the photos, only whether you passed.
