Child Safety Standards

getJudgd (“getJudgd”, “we”, “us”), operated by Bosman Tech, has zero tolerancefor child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on getJudgd, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, Apple’s App Store guidelines, and applicable law.

Our commitment

Child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form is strictly prohibited on getJudgd. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, the sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any other content or conduct that endangers a child. Accounts that engage in CSAE are removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

Standards against CSAE

• We prohibit CSAM and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor — including text, images, and links.
• We prohibit using getJudgd to groom, solicit, or facilitate the abuse of a minor, and any attempt to obtain or distribute CSAM.
• Adult-only categories (the people/looks and dating-style categories) are restricted to verified users 18 and over. getJudgd is not intended for the rating of minors, and our policies forbid submitting images of children to these features.

How we prevent and detect CSAE

• Automated screening. Every photo submitted is automatically screened before it is published, using Amazon Rekognition, for sexual or explicit content and for images that appear to involve a minor. Content that breaks our rules is blocked and never posted.
• Age assurance. getJudgd has a minimum age of 13 (16 where required). Adult-only features require a one-time age and identity verification (a selfie plus a government ID), so adult content is gated behind verified-18+ access.
• Enforcement signals. We keep a record of blocked attempts (a violation count and category — not the image) and automatically restrict or remove accounts with repeated violations.
• Hash matching. Where available, we use industry CSAM detection tooling (such as hash-matching against known-CSAM databases) to identify and block previously-reported material.

Reporting CSAE — in the app

Every post and profile on getJudgd can be reported. To flag suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation:

• Open the post or profile, choose Report, and select “Involves a minor / child safety”.
• Reports of this type are prioritized. The content is removed from view pending review, the account is restricted, and confirmed cases are escalated to the authorities.

How we respond

• We remove violating content and the responsible account.
• We preserve the relevant records as required by law and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are valid under applicable law.

Compliance with child-safety laws

We comply with applicable child-safety and CSAE-prevention laws in the jurisdictions where getJudgd is available, and with the child-safety requirements of the platforms that distribute our app. We update these standards as our practices and the law evolve; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
